 Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: 1:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may attract additional charges.
~Late Check-out
Late check-out is strictly subject to management approval and apartment availability. Guests who remain in the apartment beyond 12:00 PM without prior authorization will be charged an additional fee equal to 50% of the applicable daily rate.

If the guest fails to vacate the apartment by 3:00 PM, a full day’s rate will apply automatically. Such charges may be deducted from the security deposit, and any repeated or willful non-compliance may result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. Management also reserves the right to remove guest belongings and deny future bookings in cases of persistent violation.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may attract a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in to cover potential damages or breaches of these Terms. The deposit will be refunded after inspection at check-out, less any applicable deductions.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

~Treat the property, furniture, and facilities with care.
~Avoid causing disturbance to other guests or neighbours.
~Comply with all local laws and regulations.
~Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.

Strictly prohibited:

~Smoking within the apartment.
~Unauthorized parties or large gatherings.
~Pets (unless otherwise approved in writing).

Liability

Coral Shore Luxe Apartments shall not be liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings of guests.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by them or their visitors to the property or its contents.
The property shall not be responsible for service interruptions beyond its control (e.g., power outages, internet disruptions, or acts of God).

CCTV and Security

The premises is monitored by CCTV installed outside for security and safety and will capture movements in & out the building but not within. CCTV usage is in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 and related regulations.

Data Protection

Guest information will be processed in line with the Coral Shore Luxe Apartments Privacy Notice and in compliance with Section 24(1)(d) of the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023.

Termination of Stay

Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay without refund where a guest breaches these Terms, engages in illegal conduct, or poses a risk to other guests or staff.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Lagos State, Nigeria.

Acceptance

By confirming a booking or occupying the apartment, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms.
